What We Provide

GLP Flow offers meal planning content, a mobile app, and digital guides (including PDF products) designed for people on GLP-1 medications. All content is educational and informational.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this website or in our products is medical advice. GLP Flow does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Our content is based on publicly available information about how GLP-1 medications work, including data from FDA prescribing inserts.

Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, medication, or health routine. If you have questions about your medication, talk to your prescriber.

Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product (such as the Shot Day Meal System PDF), you receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use it. You may download it, print it, and share it with immediate family members. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the content.

Refund Policy

All digital product purchases include a full money-back guarantee. If the product does not meet your expectations, email hello@glpflow.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

The App

The GLP Flow app is available on the App Store. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard terms of service. The app is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Your Content

If you submit content to GLP Flow (such as feedback, reviews, or meal suggestions), you grant us permission to use it to improve our products. We will never share your personal information publicly without your consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on glpflow.app and in GLP Flow products — including text, design, graphics, meal frameworks, and the appetite cycle methodology — is owned by GLP Flow. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GLP Flow provides educational content about meal planning for people on GLP-1 medications. We are not liable for any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or dietary results from following our content. Individual results vary. Your health decisions are your responsibility, in consultation with your healthcare provider.
